1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "red365," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the red365 online gaming platform accessible at red365.vip.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on red365, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the red365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of red365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by red365 or its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

red365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by red365 may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on red365, you must register an Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify red365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

red365 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. red365 also reserves the right to close any Account that was opened in violation of these Terms, including duplicate accounts, and to void any wagers placed from such accounts.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the red365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the Platform. red365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• red365 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to cooperate with such verification may result in delays or refusal of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• red365 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which red365 accepts no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

red365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.
• red365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• red365 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the red365 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All RNG-based games use independently certified Random Number Generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. red365 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, red365's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. red365's decision in such matters is final.
• red365 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was affected by a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that materially affected the integrity of the game.
• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the red365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to red365 immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or other players' experience.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the red365 Platform — including but not limited to the red365 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of red365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of red365.

10. Privacy & Data

red365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, red365 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon, whether caused by technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond red365's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit red365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination of your Account for cause, red365 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including any pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
